Bushranger Golf Membership

Membership with Bushranger Golf (BRG) is free, and open to all golfers who enjoy a hit and laugh*. Our online registration system allows you to become a member in minutes. Click here for the registration page to join. We have joined Golf Access Australia to allow Bushranger Golf members to obtain an official Golf Australia affiliate handicap. To find out more, go to our Handicaps page. BRG has now also founded Social Golf Australia (SGA) to operate The SGA Tour and the series of State and National Social Golf Club Championships. Members of Bushranger Golf will be automatically included in the SGA database and receive the free e-newsletter with event promotions and offers from sponsors.

For individual members, the benefits include:

• The opportunity to obtain an official Golf Access Australia affiliate handicap (at the annual cost of $110) that includes golf insurance through Golf Australia's Personal Insurance Plan. This includes access via the GOLF Link online database to details of your playing record and movements in your official golf handicap. BRG Handicap Members also qualify for Discounts with our partner courses.
• Priority booking & discounts on Bushranger Golf events and tournaments.
•  Regular updates through our online newsletter The Bush Telegraph.
• Inclusion in the Social Golf Australia database to receive e-newsletters and offers.
• A 5% discount on most golf equipment at The Golf Clearance Outlet (see below for details).
• The opportunity for Vic members to win the Victorian POY (Player of the Year) award.
• Discounts on Bushranger Golf merchandise (see below).

Social Group Membership:

We also offer the opportunity for existing social groups to join Bushranger Golf. If you organise a social group or club, don't hesitate to contact us. Membership is free and we will work with you to create a page on this site to promote your group or event and pump up the tyres of your members. Some groups with pages at Bushranger Golf include Jack the Hack and The Surf Coast Cup. If you wish to have an event page hosted here, email us at forecaddie@bushrangergolf.com.au with some background of your group or event, and we will work with you to create a customised webpage.

Bushranger Golf Player of the Year

The BRG POY is an annual award for the Bushranger of the Year awarded to the Best & Mostest BRG member in the calendar year of golf. Points are awarded in official open BRG events and the member with the most points at the end of the year holds the BRG POY title. In 2008 the first BRG Victorian POY was awarded.

We have attached our logo to a limited but superb range of Bushranger Golf  accessories and BRG Members receive discounted prices on all items. To order your very own Bushranger Golf merchandise, simply email forecaddie@bushrangergolf.com.au with a list of the items you wish to purchase (for shirts, include your size and preferred colour) and your postal address. We will respond with the total cost (including postage) and EFT bank account details for you to make your payment. We currently stock:

• Bushranger Golf Hats (black) are $20 ($15 for BRG members)
• Wilson Staff golf balls are $10 per sleeve of three ($7 for BRG members)
• Wilson Ultra golf balls are $30 per dozen ($22 for BRG members)
• Precept Laddie Extreme golf balls are $39 per dozen ($30 for BRG members)
• Sporte Leisure BRG logo Polo Shirts – Members only – $29 each

All prices include GST, are in Australian dollars, do not include postage and are subject to change without notice. And don't forget, Bushranger Golf merchandise is similar to many products seen on TV and will make the perfect gifts for all those special occasions and significant life events such as wedding anniversaries, spouses birthdays and mothers day.

Soon we will dramatically expand our range of Bushranger Golf branded and endorsed products and we will broaden our range of Bushranger Golf logo balls and perhaps offer the odd pitch-mark repairer and ball marker, however, we don’t see any reason to stop there. We are convinced our members want more and so plans are in place to slap our logo on soft spikes, club heads and shafts, grips, golf carts, driving ranges, clubhouses, spurs, riding boots, saddles, bridles, rifles, swags, Kelly armour, horses and The Murray River. We are also proud to announce that we will never, ever be putting the Bushranger Golf logo on those nancy-boy sun visors like the one Stuart Appleby wears.
