The Campfire

All Bushrangers take time out from their busy working schedules to laugh, sing and make merry around the campfire at the end of the day. Famous Faces & Places

Our Bushrangers are known to get out and about and cover a fair bit of territory. Whether on the lamb or just plotting their next heist, we like to travel incognito and not draw too much attention. Alas, every now and then a celebrity will cross paths with our outlaws and be unable to resist the powerful allure of glory by association. The Golf Majors Tipping Comp

This is a privately run contest among some local golf-nuts to see who is the best Golf Major tipster in the world. The contest involves picking the seven golfers (usually excluding Tiger Woods) from the field who you think will best perform in each of the Majors: The US Masters, The US Open, The Open Championship and The US PGA. Murray River Horse Trails

There is a bloke called Padge up in Kelly country near Strathmerton who calls himself a modern day bushranger. He tears through the Barmah Forest on horseback along the banks of the Murray and was a large part of the inspiration for the Bushranger Cup. Legend has it he can ride, drink, swear, sing and spin yarns with the best in all the land. The Golfers

One of the features of the BRG social events has been the tournament programs with details about the event and profiles of each on the participants. In the tradition of refusing to allow the truth to inhibit the fun to be shared by all, the contents shave the margins of what may be regarded as 'technically' accurate. That is not to say the player profiles are lacking in journalistic integrity, simply that the facts may be entirely misplaced.
